Shiv joined ABC Consultants in 1996 and became CEO in 2005, steering the firm through a period of rapid growth and reinvention. Over the past 18+ years, he’s transformed it into one of India’s leading leadership hiring and talent advisory firms—tripling revenues, expanding into 20+ sectors, and launching breakout ventures like FlexAbility, HeadHonchos, and Talent Advisory Solutions. He also led a landmark joint venture with Manpower Inc.

A second-generation entrepreneur and London Business School alum, Shiv serves on the boards of Dr. Agarwal’s Healthcare and YPO Delhi, supports Ashoka University, and contributes to policy via FICCI. Outside of work, Shiv is a huge cricket buff, an art collector, and a former rock guitarist.
