After a successful stint at Wipro Limited, she started her journey with ABC in early 2006, managing client relationships and delivery across Media and E-commerce. Over the years she has worked with a broad spectrum of Conglomerates, MNC and Indian Clients, Foundations, NGOs, Government Bodies, PE and VC backed Start-ups in Consumer, Media & Entertainment, D2C, OTT etc. and helped them with successful appointments.

Her body of work ranges from Leadership hiring to Team build-ups to domain driven appointments for C-suite roles and Talent projects.

Deepika is people-driven, which enables her in strategically building powerful, trusted, long term business relationships. She is known for her network and transparent people approach. She is a good listener, with an innate ability to interpret any given situation. She is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University. She grew up in Nagpur and now lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children.
