Monika has more than two decades of experience in Human Resources. She has been leading the entire gamut of HR practices right from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, and Development (with a major focus on leadership pipeline development) and Organizational Behaviour to Performance Management &  Organizational Effectiveness.

She has been instrumental in driving transformation in a fast-changing environment that entails working closely with stakeholders, conducting thorough cultural diagnostics and assessing the organization’s readiness to change, strategizing & deciding the areas requiring change, building and driving the narrative and making the change.

At ABC Consultants, she is responsible for driving the people agenda and building capabilities to meet business needs by effectively managing the employee lifecycle. Before Joining ABC Consultants, she worked in different industries and organizations like Nielsen, IMRB, TOI, Amadeus, Laureate (Now Global University System) & more recently BIBA Apparels to name a few.

Monika has done her Economics (Hons.) from SRCC after which she joined BIMTECH to pursue her PGDBM with a specialisation in HR. She has earned certifications like Hogan Global Certification, Blanchard Situational Leadership Certification & Hay Job Evaluation Certification.
