Aparna Roy serves as Executive Director in the Development & Media Practices and Talent Advisory Solutions. Based in New Delhi, she joined ABC Consultants in 2009.

Throughout her 14 years of experience, she has managed varied recruitment projects within the Social, Media & Internet sectors. She has worked with Indian & International Not For Profit Organizations, Foundations, Trade Bodies and Government Projects. Specializes in Leadership Hiring and managing large scale recruitment projects with the UN internationally.

She has been instrumental in ramping up core leadership teams at start-ups. Having worked with a leading ecommerce company, Lenskart.com, she also holds an end to end human resource management experience.

Aparna is holds an Honours degree in Commerce and an MBA in HR.
