Kevin heads the Insurance, NBFC, HFC, SFB, MFI and Wholesale/Corporate Banking practice at ABC Consultants. He spent over 19 years in the corporate world where he led large teams with P&L responsibility. Kevin worked with MNC companies like Bharat Shell, Max New York Life, Bharti AXA Life, AVIVA to name a few.

Kevin began his career in Executive Search in 2020 when he set up the Insurance practice in his previous stint at a boutique staffing company. His strength lies in his strong understanding of the Retail landscape and his excellent connects across senior industry folks. After joining ABC Consultants in May 2022 and within a short span of time, Kevin has helped many organisations in sprucing up their senior leadership talent across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance & Secretarial, Audit, IT, Sales, Strategy & Transformation, Actuarial, Product, Treasury, Credit and Underwriting, Operations, Investments.

Kevin is a Commerce graduate and has a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He is NLP certified and likes reading Books.
