Kevin advises organisations on building senior leadership teams across the Financial Services sector, with a focus on Insurance, NBFCs, HFCs, Fintech, SFBs, and MFIs. He partners with large Indian business groups, multinational organisations, and emerging financial services platforms on CXO and senior leadership mandates.

He holds a Master’s in Management Studies and brings extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory within the BFSI sector. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with organisations across insurance, lending and financial services, advising on leadership hiring and talent strategy, and developing a strong understanding of the evolving leadership needs of financial institutions operating in competitive and regulated environments.

Kevin has led and executed a wide range of senior leadership searches across the Insurance and Financial Services sectors, partnering with some of the industry’s most prominent organisations. He has built long-term relationships with clients and senior executives and is known for his strong understanding of leadership talent within the BFSI ecosystem.
