Since joining ABC Consultants in 2006, Sujitha has built a strong track record of senior-level mandates across core manufacturing. She is especially passionate about helping organisations embed long-term leadership sustainability through strategic talent interventions. She holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA in HR.
