Dora is a seasoned and experienced Talent and Organisational Consultant having worked in depth across functions and levels in multiple industries. To name a few, the fast moving consumer goods, fast moving consumer durables, Indian and international dairy industry, e commerce, personal care, SME, equity funded start ups and unicorns have all benefited from the wealth of her experience.

Dora has handled consulting roles for mid, senior management and CXO levels, wherein lie her core strength and expertise. Her functional expertise encompasses Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Information Technology, Human Resources, Digital Marketing etc.

Dora has consulted with global organisations on the organisation structure and set up of their talent base in India. She has successfully managed talent pipelines for global FMCG giants that have been built from scratch, merged or have had a change in the people strategy. Her 16 years of experience with the business have helped her to grow rapidly within the organisation to a leadership position. She has helped the organisation, through her efforts and team to be the preferred choice to the industry in areas of human resource consulting and recruitment.

With a Bachelor’s, and subsequently a Master’s degree in Sociology from Mumbai University, Dora is well armed for providing the best to the industry and the function that she represents. Her leadership skills have been honed with an additional Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management.
