With a BBA from Madras University and Masters in Social Work, Specializing in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, she has worked with companies like TeamLease, Core Careers and Macro Resources.

At ABC, Jhanvi brings significant experience in driving industry segments of consumer, retail and manufacturing. Apart from Leadership Hiring, she has also done compensation surveys and organisation re-structure studies for corporates, and managed CSR Initiatives and training modules within ABC.
