Monika leads the Human Resources function at ABC Consultants, bringing over two decades of experience across HR strategy, culture building and organisational transformation. She partners closely with firm leadership to align talent with business priorities spanning performance, learning, leadership development and future capability building.

Her career spans roles at Nielsen, IMRB, TOI, Amadeus, Laureate, and BIBA. She is an Economics graduate from SRCC with an HR postgrad from BIMTECH, and is certified in Hogan, Hay, and Situational Leadership.
