Namita comes with 17+ years of experience in CXO/leadership searches, with the last decade spent in the Outsourcing and Offshoring space. She has worked closely with the global CXOs from GIC’s, GCC’s, Captives, BPO’s and KPO’s to close high impact niche positions.

Namita has previously worked in global executive search partnering with clients in USA, UK and Europe. She holds a dual master’s degree in Mathematics and Personnel Management.
