Namita Shirgaonkar leads the Oil & Gas, which encompasses equipment and services for the Upstream, Midstream, Downstream space – EPC and Process Licensors, and the Industrial Automation practice at ABC Consultants.

She joined the firm in November 2009, and since then has been working across a spectrum of capital-intensive industries. She has successfully delivered on mandates across technical and non-technical functions, with a focus on Oil and Gas, Manufacturing & Engineering, Metal & Mining and Power. She has the expertise in managing the transitions ranging from Functional Heads to CXOs and Upper Middle Management through a team of experts she has developed.

Prior to ABC, Namita was associated with Gilbert Tweed Associates, an Executive Search Firm, where she specialised in hiring for leadership positions in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector which comprised of Automobile, Sugar, Heavy Engineering, Power, Mining etc.

Namita is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from Mumbai University. She loves to explore things, people, places and is a sustainability enthusiast.
