Ratna is a Senior Partner and part of the Management Committee at ABC Consultants. She is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of expertise in executive search and leadership advisory. She oversees key practices, including Technology, Outsourcing, Consumer Durables, and Metals & Mining, advising global MNCs and Indian corporates on CEO and CXO hiring. Known for her strategic vision and multi-domain mastery, she helps clients build leadership teams from the ground up.

Ratna began her career in recruitment and corporate sales, and joined ABC in 2000. She is recognised for her client-centric approach, institutional mindset and results-driven leadership. She is a National Scholarship holder and Delhi University topper (Sociology Honours, B.Ed).
