Ruchi Mishra has 15+ years of executive search experience. She has worked in agency settings and with leading industry players which include global conglomerates, public listed companies and Indian executive search firms. She joined ABC Consultants in January, 2022.

She has successfully closed leadership roles across Consumer and Analytics space. She has strong interpersonal skills which enable her to build lasting relationships with her clients and candidates. She is a Certified Diversity Professional from DTUI and is passionate about diversity and inclusion best practices.

She is a Certified Recruitment Analyst and Internal Auditor with excellent knowledge of the industry best practices and skilled in designing and executing recruitment strategies, implementing recruitment metrics and industry mapping.

She has a passion for supporting education for girl children and is associated with World Vision. When not working, Ruchi likes to spend time with her family, travel and read books.
