Sujitha Marnad, an Executive Director with ABC Consultants Pvt Ltd. is based at Mumbai. She focuses on Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Leadership Advisory Services for ABC Consultant’s Industrial Practice Group. She has over 17 years of experience in Executive Search having partnered with several companies for their Leadership Level hires. Sujitha is particularly passionate about helping corporates strengthen their Leadership Sustainability efforts by advising on Talent Management Strategies.

She leads ABC’s Chemical & Allied vertical at a national level. This vertical is a part of ABC’s Industrial Practice Group. She has been instrumental in driving Management Searches, with an intense focus on the manufacturing businesses which serve regional & multinational clients across Chemicals, Lubricants, Paints, Agri & Allied sectors.

She started her career with ABC Consultants in 2006, managing critical assignments and client relationship across Engineering, Process and Infrastructure space. Prior to joining ABC, she was with Adroit Consulting handling middle and senior management level assignments for its manufacturing industry vertical.

Sujitha is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer from VTU University in Karnataka and MBA in Human Recourse Management from Alliance Business Academy.
