Sukhpreet leads the People Development & HR Strategy/ Process Solutions within the Talent Advisory vertical in ABC. Her role encompasses leading the end to end contextualisation, project management, delivery and implementation of strategic talent projects for clients across a host of industry segments.

She has 16+ years of experience spanning both Corporate and Consulting roles. She has worked extensively in the areas of HR transformation, organisation design and development including grade structuring and fitment, competency design, assessment / development centres, 360 degree evaluation, employee engagement, PMS design & implementation, Variable Pay plans, etc. In her Corporate avatar, she has contributed in building the Talent management practice ground up with extensive work in the area of organisation values realignment, career architecture framework and leadership development.

Sukhpreet holds a Post Graduate degree in HR Management from SCMHRD, Pune and a B.E. degree from Nagpur University with a specialisation in Electronics. She is also certified in Hogan & DISC psychometric assessments, Quality Management and Six Sigma.
