Upasana brings 25 years of experience helping organisations lead through change—whether scaling globally, planning succession, or navigating transformation. Her work spans CXO searches, board builds, and compensation strategy across Financial Services, Education, Tech, and Infrastructure.

Previously a Partner at Amrop and senior leader at Deloitte (India & US) and is a postgraduate from the Australian School of Business. She also chairs the Australian Alumni Association in Mumbai and advises the wellbeing non-profit, Vishuddhi.
