Upasana is a executive search and leadership hiring professional with 25 years of experience across multiple sectors – Financial Services, Professional Services, Education, Digital, Technology, Offshoring, Airports and Infrastructure. Prior to ABC Consultants, Upasana was Partner and Practice Head at Amrop – a global Leadership Advisory and Executive Search firm. She also spent over 8 years at Deloitte Consulting in several strategic client facing and talent roles for the US entity in India as well as the India business.

Upasana’s body of work encompasses global expatriate searches, team build ups, domain- specific local and international appointments for C-suite roles, Board constructs and compensation studies. She has worked with a broad spectrum of conglomerates and MNC clients.

A post graduate from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Upasana serves on the governing body of Reach Foundation- founded by Global Reach. She is also on the National Committee of Australian Alumni Association in India, is the Chair of AAA Mumbai and is an Advisor to Vishuddhi, a not for profit organisation.
