Vaishali Mayekar-Sontakke heads the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences practice, and brings with here 16 years of experience, out of which she has been associated with Executive Search for around 13 years. She has had extensive experience in handling leadership assignments across industries like Manufacturing and Engineering. She has also set-up the selection business for Gilbert Tweed Associates, which was her last assignment during her tenure with them.

Prior to her association with the search industry, she was working with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial for a cancer project on the Cervical Cancer.

Vaishali is a Commerce Graduate and is a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Wellingkar’s Institute of Management Studies.
