Vaishali Mayekar – Sontakke heads ABC Consultants’ Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences practice, with 16 years of experience, including over a decade in executive search. She has delivered leadership mandates across Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Engineering, and previously established the selection business for Gilbert Tweed Associates.

Vaishali previously worked with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial on a cervical cancer project. She is a commerce graduate with a PG Diploma in HR from Welingkar Institute.
