Vivek  has over two decades of experience in Executive search and is  a part of the leadership team at ABC Consultants. Besides being a part of the leadership team, Vivek heads a cluster of industry practices which include Retail, Real estate, Education, Logistics and Telecommunications. He has an established reputation in the market as multi-domain consultant.

Besides this he also leads the private equity vertical wherein he drives the business development efforts for portfolio companies across sectors for the firm. Over the years he has worked with a broad spectrum of Conglomerates, MNC and Indian Clients, PE and VC backed Start-ups across sectors and helped them with successful leadership appointments.

His body of work ranges from Leadership hiring to Team build-ups to domain driven appointments for C-suite roles and Talent projects.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Institute for Integrated learning in Management. He also completed his Senior management Program from IIM Ahmedabad and is an Alumni of Indian Institute of social sector.
