Yamini has over 22 years of experience in the search and selection industry and drives the core technical domain of Automotive, Auto Component and Machine Tool sector. She has been a part of ABC for over a decade and executed critical and complex leadership roles for large Indian business houses as well as MNCs.

She super-specialises in the customer interfacing group of functions across C-suite in Corporate Strategy, Plant Operations, R&D hiring which has seen the maximum churn in recent times.

Before joining ABC Consultants, Yamini has led the Talent Acquisition role for Calsoft specialising in Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Security and IOT. She was also associated with Ma Foi Randstad for the EMPI Vertical and has done extensive hirings for Start- ups to Green field MNCs in India.

Yamini holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH Institute, affiliated to Pune University.
